1. Acquisition of the following underlying shares against covered warrants purchased by Hwang-DBS Asset Management (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("HDBSAM") for various Unit Trust Funds, which are managed by HDBSAM as discretionary managers:-
a) 2,865,800 shares - Hwang-DBS Select Opportunity Fund;
b) 1,884,000 shares - Hwang-DBS Dana Izdihar;
c) 244,000 shares - Hwang-DBS Capital Guaranteed Fund I;
c) 934,000 shares - Hwang-DBS Select Balance Fund;
d) 612,400 shares - Hwang-DBS Capital Guaranteed Fund II;
e) 1,168,000 shares - Hwang-DBS Capital Guaranteed Fund III;
f) 440,000 shares - Hwang-DBS Dana Fahim;and
g) 206,000 shares - investment portfolio of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Berhad.
2. Acquisition of the following underlying shares against covered warrants purchased by DBSAM for clients accounts, which are managed by HDBSAM as discretionary managers:-
a) 2,200,000 shares - client accounts;and
b) 277,700 shares - client accounts.
HDBSAM and DBSAM are subsidiaries of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBS Group"). By virtue of Temasek's 28.46% shareholding in DBS Group, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
