1. Disposal of 203,600 underlying shares against covered warrants by DBSAM for the discretionary mandates. DBSAM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBS"). Since Temasek and its associates are entitled to exercise approximately 28% shares of the votes attached to the voting shares of DBS, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
2. Disposal of 105,800 underlying shares against covered warrants by Hwang-DBS Investment Management Bhd ("HDIM") for the discretionary mandate of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Berhad ("Hwang-DBS").HDIM is a subsidiary of Hwang-DBS. DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of DBS, owns approximately 23% of Hwang-DBS. Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares by virtue of its interest in DBS.
