1. Disposal of 12,500 shares by KLCN for the discretionary portfolio accounts managed by KLCS Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. ("KLCSAM"). KLCSAM is a subsidiary of Kuala Lumpur City Securities Sdn. Bhd. , which is in turn is a subsidiary of Alliance Merchant Bank Bhd ("AMBB"). AMBB is a subsidiary of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, which is in turn an indirect subsidiary of Malaysian Plantations Bhd. ("MPlant"). Since Temasek and its associates are deemed to have an interest in approximately 30% of the voting shares of MPlant, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
2. Disposal of 500,000 shares for the discretionary mandate of FPL, managed by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd ("FFMC"). By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FPL and FFMC, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
3. Disposal of 1,000,000 shares by Hibiscus, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fullerton Management Pte Ltd ("FMPL"). By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FMPL, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
