Temasek is therefore deemed to be interested in the said shares. 2. Acqusition of 30,000 shares and disposal of 66,600 by DBSAM for its discretionary mandates. DBSAM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBS") is which Temasek and its associates owns approximately 28%. Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
