(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HAHO owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. The change is due to: Disposal of 971,400 and 56,000 shares on 27 and 28 February 2019 respectively.
