(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HSBC Asia Holdings Limited (HAHO) owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 5. HSBC Holdings owns the entire issued capital of HAHO. The change is due to: Disposal of 59,900 and 49,000 shares on 4 February 2019 and 7 February 2019 respectively.
