(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HSBC Asia Holdings Limited (HAHO) owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 5. HSBC Holdings owns the entire issued capital of HAHO. The change is due to: Disposal of 167,700 and 50,000 shares on 12 and 13 March 2019 respectively.
