(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HAHO owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. The change is due to: Disposal of 20,000 and 31,300 shares on 13 December and 14 December 2018 respectively.
