(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HSBC Asia Holdings Limited (HAHO) owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 5. HSBC Holdings owns the entire issued capital of HAHO. The change is due to: Disposal of 50,000 and 702,900 shares on 15 and 18 February 2019 respectively.
