(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HAHO owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. The change is due to: Disposal of 50,000 and 702,900 shares on 15 and 18 February 2019 respectively.
