(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HSBC Asia Holdings Limited (HAHO) owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 5. HSBC Holdings owns the entire issued capital of HAHO. The change is due to: Disposal of 30,600 and 54,500 shares on 17 January and 18 January 2019 respectively.
