The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) is deemed to have an interest in IGB Berhad for the following reasons:
1. HSBC International Trustee Limited (HKIT) holds the shares of IGB Berhad in its capacity as Trustee of trusts.
2. HSBC International Trustee (Holdings) Pte. Ltd. (HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT.
3. HBAP owns the entire issued Capital of HSIT.
The change is due to:
Disposal of 200,000 shares on 21 March 2019.
