Reason	The aggregate deemed interest in ordinary shares of LKT Industrial Berhad ("Shares") of Temasek has increased from 32,667,243 Shares to 61,288,040 Shares pursuant to the acceptances received by AmInvestment Bank Berhad, on behalf of Singapore Precision Engineering Limited ("SPE") pursuant to its Conditional Mandatory Takeover Offer to acquire all Shares other than those already owned by SPE and parties acting in concert with SPE as at 16 January 2008 for a cash consideration of RM3.50 per share. SPE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Accuron Technologies Limited which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek. Accordingly, Temasek is deemed by virtue of section 6A(4) of the Companies Act to have an interest in the 61,288,040 Shares acquired by SPE
