Reason On 26 Sep 2007, Singapore Precision Engineering Limited ("SPE") entered into a conditional Share Sale Agreement to purchase 27,178,643 ordinary shares of LKT Industrial Berhad ("Shares"). SPE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing Pte Ltd ("SAM") which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accuron Technologies Limited ("Accuron"). Accuron is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited ("Temasek"). SAM is deemed by virtue of section 6(A) of the Companies Act to have an interest in the 27,178,643 shares in which SPE has an interest. Accordingly, as of 26 Sep 2007, SAM's deemed interest in the Shares increased from 3,901,600 Shares to 31,080,243 Shares.
