Pursuant to the new issuance of securities by Asia Bioenergy Technologies Berhad ("the Company"), which had the effect of increasing the share capital of the Company, TGSGI's holding percentage in the shares of the Company decreased from 5.40% to 4.91%. As such, TGSGI is no longer a substantial shareholder of the Company. GSI is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Holdings (U.K.), which is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.), which is in turn a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs (UK) L.L.C. TGSGI is the direct holding company of Goldman Sachs (UK) L.L.C. and the ultimate holding company of the other aforementioned entities. TGSGI still holds 20,638,000 shares representing 4.91% in the Company.
