Reason	Arising from the disposal of Second Tranche of Sale Shares from WCE Holdings Berhad ("WCE") to Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Ir Chan Ah Chye @ Chan Chong Yonn pursuant to a Share Sale Agreement and Supplemental Share Sale Agreement dated 17 October 2014 and 28 August 2015 respectively, WCE had ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Talam Transform Berhad ("TTB"). Accordingly, MWE Holdings Berhad ("MWE") also ceased to have any indirect interest in TTB shares held through WCE. Pinjaya Sdn Bhd ("Pinjaya") also ceased to have any indirect interest in TTB shares held through MWE. Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") also ceased to have any indirect in TTB shares held through Pinjaya. Cedar Holdings Limited ("CDL") and Kularb Kaew Company Limited ("KKCL") also ceased to have any indirect interest in TTB shares held through HCL. Cypress Holdings Limited had also ceased to have any indirect interest in TTB shares held through CDL and KKCL.
