Accordingly, Quantum Aspects Sdn Bhd ("QASB") and Dynamic Icon Sdn Bhd ("DISB") also ceased to be a substantial shareholder of E&O by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965, held through MPHB and QASB respectively. Datuk Surin Upatkoon as a substantial shareholder and holding 48.9% interest in DISB also ceased to be a substantial shareholder of E&O.
