Reason	Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") had disposed of its entire 99.99% equity interest in Pinjaya Sdn Bhd ("Pinjaya") to Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon. Arising therefrom, HCL ceased to have any indirect interest in these WCE shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Act") held through Pinjaya. Cedar Holdings Limited ("CHL") and Kularb Kaew Company Limited (KKCL") have also ceased to have any indirect interest in these WCE shares by virtue of the Act held through HCL. Henceforth, Cypress Holdings Limited also ceased to have any indirect interest in these WCE shares by virtue of the Act held through CHL and KKCL.
