Pursuant to the increase in the issued and paid-up share capital of Quantum Aspects Sdn. Bhd. ("QASB") on 28.02.2003, Mr Loong Sze Tung's shareholding in QASB was diluted from 15% to 3.5%.
As a result, Mr Loong Sze Tung has ceased to have any indirect interest in Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad ("MPHB") by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through QASB, the beneficial owner of the 291,790,433 shares in MPHB.
