Arising from the above disposal of shares in MPHB, QASB has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MPHB. Accordingly, Dynamic Icon Sdn Bhd ("DISB") also ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MPHB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through QASB. Dato' Surin, as a substantial shareholder and holding 48.9% interest in DISB also ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MPHB.
