Reason	Edgbaston Investment Partners LLP ("Edgbaston") acts as the discretionary investment manager for the Edgbaston Asian Equity Trust and the Edgbaston Asian Equity (Jersey) Trust (the "Funds"). In that capacity, Edgbaston has the power to exercise of, a right to vote attached to, and dispose of, or control the exercise of a power to dispose of, the shares held by the Funds. On 17th July 2019, the Edgbaston Asian Equity Trust disposed of 3,463,200 shares of Media Prima Berhad and the Edgbaston Asian Equity (Jersey) Trust disposed of 976,800 shares. This brought the Funds' total number of voting shares to 43,075,600 and 12,161,100, respectively. Edgbaston's aggregate voting share ownership was therefore 55,236,700 (or 4.98% of Media Prima Berhad's total voting shares).
