Disposal of shares by A. A. Anthony Securities Sdn. Bhd., a 95.7% owned subsidiary company of Dynamic Pearl Sdn. Bhd. ("DPSB"), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad ("MPHB").
Arising from the above disposal of shares, MPHB has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of HeveaBoard Berhad ("HB").
Quantum Aspects Sdn. Bhd. ("QASB") has ceased to have an indirect interest in HB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through MPHB.
Dynamic Icon Sdn. Bhd. ("DISB") has ceased to have an indirect interest in HB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through QASB.
Dato' Surin Upatkoon has therefore ceased to have an indirect interest in HB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through DISB.
