Arising from the above diposal of shares, MPHB has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of HeveaBoard Berhad ("HB"). Quantum Aspects Sdn. Bhd. ("QASB") has ceased to have an indirect interest in HB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through MPHB. Dynamic Icon Sdn. Bhd. has therefore ceased to have an indirect interest in HB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through QASB.
