Reason	Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") had disposed of its entire 92.72% equity interest in Casi Management Sdn Bhd ("CMSB") to Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon. Arising therefrom, HCL ceased to have any indirect interest in 230,883,993 MPHB Capital Berhad shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act, 2016 held through Casi Management Sdn Bhd. Accordingly, HCL ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MPHB Capital Berhad.
