Reason	Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") had disposed of its entire 92.72% equity interest in Casi Management Sdn Bhd ("CMSB") to Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon. Arising therefrom, HCL ceased to have any indirect interest in 230,883,993 MPHB Capital Berhad ("MPHB Capital") shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("the Act") held through CMSB. Cedar Holdings Limited ("CHL") also ceased to have any indirect interest in these 230,883,993 MPHB Capital shares by virtue of the Act held through HCL. Accordingly, CHL ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MPHB Capital.
