Reason	Pursuant to the completion of the share purchase agreement between (i) Dr Joerg Hohnloser, (ii) Hohnloser Holding GmbH + Co. KG, (iii) Hohnloser Investment GmbH, (iv) Cleanpart Group GmbH (formerly named UNA 246. Equity Management GmbH) and (v) CP Asia Holding GmbH in respect of the proposed purchase by CP Asia Holding GmbH of 290,991,473 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Frontken Corporation Berhad ("Shares"). The purchase price for the Shares is in total EUR14,000,000 (approximately MYR58,992,374 or MYR0.20 per Share). Hohnloser Investment GmbH is deemed to have an indirect interest in the Shares by virtue of section 6A(4) of the Companies Act 1965, through its ca. 20% equity interest in Service Investment S.a.r.l., which in turn has a 100% equity interest in Cleanpart Group GmbH, which in turn has a 100% equity interest in CP Asia Holding GmbH.
