Reason	Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") has on 18 October 2018 entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon ("TSDU") on the acquisition of 99.99% shareholding interest in Pinjaya Sdn Bhd ("Pinjaya"), of which Pinjaya is the substantial shareholder of MWE Holdings Berhad ("MWE") and which in turn, MWE is a substantial shareholder of WCE Holdings Berhad ("WCE"), of which in turn, WCE is a substantial shareholder of Talam Transform Berhad ("TTB"). By virtue of Section 8 (4) of the Companies Act 2016, HCL is deemed to have an indirect interest in these TTB shares held through Pinjaya.
