GKGI holds shares representing more than 15% of the voting rights in G.K. Goh Holdings Limited ("GKGH"). GKGH's wholly owned subsidiaries, Strategic and Cacona, hold 31,277,300 shares and 16,258,508 shares respectively, representing approximately 2.83% and 1.47% of the share capital of E&O. GGK thus has a total direct and deemed interest in E&O of 56,100,408 shares, or approximately 5.07% of the ordinary issued share capital of E&O.
