(BVI) holds approximately 17.23% voting shares and Siriwana Company Limited holds 45.27% voting shares in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited. Thai Beverage Public Company Limited had entered into conditional sale and purchase agreements for the acquisition of 313,036,775 ordinary shares in Fraser and Neave, Limited. Fraser and Neave, Limited holds 203,470,910 ordinary shares (which represents approximately 56.3% of the voting shares) in Fraser & Neave Holdings Berhad.
