Hanton Capital Limited (“HCL”) has acquired from Tan Sri Dato’ Surin Upatkoon, 89.32% equity interest in Casi Management Sdn Bhd (“CMSB”), a substantial shareholder of Magnum holding 404,659,551 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Magnum (“the said Magnum shares”).
HCL is deemed to have indirect interest in the said Magnum shares by virtue of Section 6A (4) of the Companies Act, 1965 (‘the Act”) held through CMSB
