Mr Yeo Seng Chong deemed interest pursuant to Section 8 of Companies Act 2016 through his 50% shareholding in YCMPL and shares held by his spouse Madam Lim Mee Hwa. YCMPL has voting control over all of the listed shares except those in Madam Lim's personal dealing account.
