Reason Acquisition of shares by A.A. Anthony Securities Sdn Bhd, a 95.7%-owned subsidiary company of Dynamic Pearl Sdn Bhd ("DPSB"). Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad ("MPHB") has an indirect interest by virtue of section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through DPSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of MPHB. Quantum Aspects Sdn Bhd, ("QASB") is deemed to have an indirect interest in HeveaBoard Berhad ("HB") by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through their 21.42% shareholding in MPHB. I am, therefore, deemed to have an indirect interest in HB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through my 16% shareholding in QASB.
