Initial public offering of 234,150,000 offer units in KIP Real Estate Investment Trust ("KIP REIT") in connection with the listing of and quotation for 505,300,000 units in KIP REIT on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 6 February 2017; and deemed interest by virtue of his interest pursuant to Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 ("Act") vide intermediate holding companies and through spouse and child pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Act.
