Conversion of 10-year 3.0% Redeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("RCULS") of RM65,000,000.00 at a conversion price of RM1.30 per ordinary share by AFSB. The RCULS were issued to AFSB pursuant to the acquisitions as described in the Company's announcement dated 30 August 2012.
