The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HBAP") owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HSBC Asia Holdings B.V. ("HABV") owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 5. HSBC Asia Holdings (UK) Limited ("HAUK") owns the entire issued capital of HABV. 6. HSBC Holdings B.V. ("HHBV") is the majority shareholder of the issued capital of HAUK. 7. HSBC Finance (Netherlands) owns the entire issued capital of HHBV. 8. HSBC Holdings owns the entire issued capital of HSBC Finance (Netherlands).
