In total, Kenderlay Limited holds 5.28% shares in Goldis Berhad. Kenderlay Limited has deemed interest in Goldis Berhad shares held by Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd and the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited on behalf of Regal Star Finance Limited by a reason of Section 8(4)(c) and 8(5)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 as Regal Star Finance Limited is a related corporation of Kenderlay Limited.
