Shares	Ordinary Shares of RM0.10 each in Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("AMH Shares")
Reason	Deemed to have an interest in the AMH Shares following the completion of distribution of AMH Shares, firstly from Astro Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to Astro Holdings Sdn Bhd (“AHSB”), and subsequently from AHSB to the AHSB shareholders via dividend-in-specie and the redemption of redeemable preference shares of AHSB (“Distribution”). THO is deemed to have an interest in 462,124,447 AMH Shares representing 8.88% equity interest in AMH by virtue of my 25% direct equity interest in Harapan Terus Sdn Bhd (“Harapan Terus”). Harapan Terus’ deemed interest in such AMH Shares arises through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, BNSB, NCSB, NDSB, MNSB, SNSB and GNSB (the "Harapan Terus Subsidiaries"). The Harapan Terus Subsidiaries hold such AMH Shares under discretionary trusts for Bumiputera objects. As such, they do not have any economic interest in such AMH Shares as such interest is held subject to the terms of such discretionary trusts.
