Nature of Interest	(1) Deemed interest - These shares were purchased by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd ("FFMC") for the discretionary fund account of TFAPL managed by FFMC as part of an equity offering by Habib Corporation Berhad of 96 million new shares on 25 August 2005. TFAPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of FPL which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in the share held by TFAPL. (2) Deemed interest - These shares were purchased by FFMC for a discretionary mandate managed by FFMC as part of an equity offering by Habib Corporation Berhad of 96 million new shares on 25 August 2005. FFMC is a wholly owned subsidiary of FPL which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in the shares managed by FFMC. (3) Deemed interest - These shares were purchased by FFMC for the discretionary fund account of FPL managed by FFMC as part of an equity offering by Habib Corporation Berhad of 96 million new shares on 25 August 2005. FPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek. Temasek is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by FPL. (4) Deemed interest - These shares were purchased by HDIM. HDIM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBS"). By virtue of Temasek's shareholding of more than 28.45% in DBS, Temasek is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by HDIM.
