The Board of Directors of PUC BERHAD ("PUC" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Twenty-First AnnualGeneral Meeting ("AGM") dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the Twenty-First AGM held on Thursday, 27 June 2019.
The result of the poll was verified by Mr Yip Yih Peng from Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, being the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the results of the pollare as set out below.
