The Board of Directors of Cybertowers Berhad wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Compnay have approved all the Ordinary and Special Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 3rd August, 2017 in relation tothe Revised Regularisation Plan at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2nd September, 2017.

The poll voting results was verified by Hasnan THL Wong & Partners, the Independent Scrutiniers appointed by the Company, and the results is attached herein.
