Outcome of Meeting : The Board of Directors of Cybertowers Berhad ("Company" orCybertowers") wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Companyhave approved allthe resolutions as set out in the Notice of 20th AnnualGeneral Meeting dated 28 April 2017 held at Hotel Sri Petaling onWednesday 31 May 2017 at 10:00 am.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Siew Boon Yeong & Associates the Scrutineer apppointed bythe Company.
