Outcome
The Board of Directors ofIFCA MSC Berhad.("IFCA") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set outin the Notice of the Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") dated 27April2018were duly passed by the shareholders at the 20th AGM of IFCA held earlier today.
The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of poll at the 20th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by JunShern & Co., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by IFCA. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
