The Board of Scope Industries Berhad ("the Company") would like to announce that the shareholders of the Company had approved all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 31 October 2019at Seventeenth AGM of the Company held on 27 November 2019.

All the resolutions were passed by way of poll and the results of the poll were validated by Tan Yen Wooi &Co., the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
