The Board of Directors of Digistar Corporation Berhad ("Digistar") is pleased to announce that the resolution in relation to Proposed Private Placement of up to 105,738,661 new Ordinary Shares of RM0.10 each in Digistar representing up to 20% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Digistar, at an issue price to be determine later as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 24 December 2013 was duly passed by the Company's shareholders at the EGM of the Company held today.
