On behalf of Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad (formerly known as Ingenuity Solutions Berhad ("ICB"), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIMB Investment Bank Berhad) wishes to announce that the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of ICB will be held at Tioman Room, Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort, Jalan 3/155B, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 17 January 2013 at 9:30 a.m. or any adjournment thereof. Only a depositor whose name appears on the Record of Depositors as at 10 January 2013 shall be entitled to attend the EGM or appoint proxies to attend and vote on his/her stead. Please refer to the accompanying notice of EGM. This announcement is dated 24 December 2012.
