The Board of Directors of Key Alliance Group Berhad (“KAG” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting (“EGM”) dated 7 May 2021 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on 25 May 2021.
