The Board of Directors of RGB International Bhd is pleased to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting (”EGM”) of the Company will be held at Sri Perak 1 & 2, Level 4, Bayview Hotel Georgetown Penang, 25A Farquhar Street, 10200 Penang on Wednesday, 28 May 2014 at 10.30 a.m. or immediately following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on the same day and at the same venue. The notice of EGM dated 30 April 2014 is attached.

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to inform that the shareholders of the Company had, at its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held today, approved the resolution as prescribed in the Notice of the EGM contained in the Circular dated 30 April 2014.
