The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Twenty-third Annual General Meeting ("23rd AGM") dated 30th April 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the 23rd AGM of the Company held on 12th June 2019.
The result of the poll were validated by Mega Business Consultancy Division, the Indepedent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are as set out below:-
