The Board of Directors of MSCM HoldingsBerhad (formerly known as PanPages Berhad("MSCM") wishes to announce that the shareholders of MSCMhave at the EighteenthAnnual General Meeting ("18th AGM") held this morning, approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of 18th AGM dated 29 July2019 ("Resolutions"). The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll conducted by Mega Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. as the Poll Administrator, results of which were validated by Mega Business Consultancy, an independent scrutineer appointed by MSCM. Details of the results of the polling in respect of the Resolutions at the 18th AGM are set out below.
