The Board of Directors of PanPages Berhad ("PanPages") wishes to announce that the shareholders of PanPages have at the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") held this morning, approved all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of 16th AGM dated 27 April 2017 except for Ordinary Resolution 3 on re-election of Mr. Lau Kok Fui ("Mr.Lau") as Director of the Company ("Ordinary Resolutions"), which was dropped as Mr. Lau has on 18 May 2017 communicated his intention not to seek for re-election at the 16th AGM.

The voting in respect of the Ordinary Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by IA Essential Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by PanPages. Details of the results of the polling in respect of the Ordinary Resolutions at the 16th AGM are set out in the attachment.
